The largest muscles in the body converge at the hips. The hips are also the body's center of gravity, and the powerhouse that is the source of strength, stability, and control when we move. When our center of gravity is off, so is the rest of our body.

Dr. Li has gone on medical missions around the world where she teaches people how to relieve and prevent pain. At this workshop, she will share the techniques and knowledge she has developed to relieve hip pain without medication.

This program will also be presented in Mandarin at 10:00am.
