Meeting Room

Looking for some meeting space?

Community groups are invited to use the Community Room. All programs and meetings must be free and open to the public.

Eligible Organizations (in priority order)

  1. Library programs
  2. Library related groups (Friends of the Library, Recreations Dept., etc.)
  3. Civic, school and nonprofit groups presenting meetings of public interest
  4. Other groups not included above and not excluded by the Santa Clara County Library District Meeting Room Policy

The room is available for use on:

  • Mondays & Tuesdays: 9AM - 8:30PM
  • Wednesdays thru Saturdays: 9AM - 5:30PM
  • Sundays: 1PM - 4:30PM

Fees, Frequency, and Capacity

  • There is a $25 non-refundable fee to book the room (per use, i.e. each 4-hour time period). It is payable at the time of booking or by US Mail postmarked the day following the booking.
  • Groups can book the room for use once a month.
  • Groups can range from 10-130 people.

Making a Reservation

Before making your reservation take a look at our Meeting Room Policy to ensure your group meets the requirements.

  1. Reservations may be made in-person or by calling 408.867.6126.
    (Note: Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance)
  2. Fill out the application form.
  3. Drop off the application at the library (or mail it in: 13650 Saratoga Ave., Saratoga, CA 95070)
