Amazing Food with the 2015 James Beard Award Winners

The James Beard Awards are often referred to as "the Oscars of the food industry."  The 2015 James Beard Awards celebrate nationwide excellence in cuisine, culinary writing and culinary education.  The James Beard foundation was created in honor of the influence of James Beard, the famed American chef and food writer.

While not all of us will be able to check out California's restaurant winners, Best Chef, West: Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski for State Bird Provisions in San Francisco or Rising Star Chef of the Year: Jessica Largey of Manresa in Los Gatos, all of us can check out the diverse and delectable videos, online resources and books that were honored.
