Keep Your New Year's Resolutions!

How's your New Year's resolution coming along?  If you're like me, maybe you don't put much thought into creating one in the first place, but if you are among the many people who do create a resolution for the new year, it's a well-known fact that sticking with it can be a challenge.  Many people can't stick with a resolution for more than a few months, and most people can't even stay committed past January.  For those who are successful, knowing exactly what you want to accomplish and having clearly defined goals is important.  Whether you are on a quest to finally stay true to your resolution this time, or if you're simply someone for whom the coming of the new year has provided some time to reflect on positive changes you can make in your life, the library has the resources to help you (maybe) succeed in keeping your resolution this year.
