Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month In September 1968, the United States Congress authorized President Lyndon B. Johnson to proclaim National Hispanic Heritage Week. 20 years later in 1989, the Congress extended the commemoration to celebrate, for a month starting from September 15 to October 15, the culture and traditions of those who have roots in Spain, Mexico and the Spanish-speaking countries of Central & South America...

Four shiny new Go Go Biblios are making their way to their new homes at Cupertino, Los Altos and Saratoga libraries, with a fourth that will visit Campbell, Milpitas, Morgan Hill and Gilroy.
