Keep Your Summer Cool and Sweet with Ice Cream

Ice-Cream-Poster-2.jpg
According to both the calendar and the thermometer, summer is officially here. I think it really means business, this year, too.
When the temperature hits triple digits, my soul cries out for ice cream.  Gelato, sorbet, granita, frozen yogurt? Sundaes, ice cream cones, bars or sandwiches—what’s your bliss?

You can  find lots of good ice cream at the grocery store, but why not try making your own? It's much easier than pie. You’re a vegan? Lactose intolerant?  There are non-dairy alternatives. Don’t own an ice cream machine?  We’ve got your back there, too. Below are some recipe books to get you started.
