Healthy Eating to Prevent and Manage Prediabetes and Type 2 Diabetes

Did you know that about 50% of adults in Santa Clara County are estimated to have prediabetes? Most people with prediabetes don't know they have it.

The good news is that there are steps you can take to improve your health and reduce your risk of developing diabetes. Come to one of our fun, interactive programs with a Public Health Registered Dietician Nutritionist (or nutrition educator for Gilroy classes) to learn how to stay at a healthy weight, develop healthy eating habits, and be more active.
