Silicon Valley Reads 2017 officially launches Thursday evening, February 23, at 7:30 p.m., at the Visual & Performing Arts Center on the De Anza College campus in Cupertino. 

Adam Benforado, author of Unfair: The New Science of Criminal Injustice, will be interviewed live on stage by Mercury News columnist Sal Pizarro, followed by audience Q&A and book signing.

The adjacent Euphrat Museum of Art will be open 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and during book signing for free viewing of the exhibit "Justice for All?"

This kick-off event is free and open to the public, with doors opening at 6:45 p.m. No tickets or reservations required. First come, first seated. Lots A and B are closest. See campus map.
