All libraries in the Santa Clara County Library District welcome volunteers and appreciate their contributions of time and talent to assist library staff in delivering services more efficiently and effectively. A variety of assignments are available, including library ambassadors, building volunteers, circulation volunteers, clerical support, English as a second language (ESL) programs, tutoring with The Reading Program, PlaneTree Health Information Center volunteers, or Tech Toolbar assistants.

Teen Volunteer Opportunities for volunteers 14-17 years of age. The Library does not accept volunteers under 14 years of age.
