Solicitations

 As a registered vendor, you will become part of the Library's vendor database giving your company visibility. If you supply an email address during the BidSync registration process, you will receive notifications for commodities and services for which you are registered when the Library posts a solicitation. An important part of the BidSync registration process is selecting the appropriate NIGP (National Institute of Governmental Purchasing) commodity codes for the products or services your company offers.

If you have line cards or promotional or advertising materials you wish to supply to us, we prefer it in an electronic format. Email your letter of introduction and other promotional materials to our Procurement Manager:
