The Consumer Reports database offers ratings and recommendations on appliances, cars and trucks, electronics, and much more.  It includes articles on health, product recalls, and the safety and reliability of individual brands.

Disabilities Sourcebook (e-book)

Contains descriptions of major disabilities, their causes, and people who are disabled. It provides information about assistive and adaptive aids and sports and recreation equipment that can improve life for disabled individuals. Also included is information about the Americans with Disabilities Act, employment and workplace issues, and other financial and legal issues. In addition, the book contains a glossary and lists of resources for further help and information.

Environmental Health Sourcebook (e-book)

Provides basic consumer health information about the health effects of environmental hazards and diseases linked to environmental causes, with facts about the impact on specific populations.

Provides detailed and current directory information on U.S. and Canadian Businesses, as well as U.S. residents. Use this database to conduct business and consumer research, create marketing plans, research competitive analysis, raise funds, and locate people.
