Quilling by Chitra Sivaram

Saratoga resident, Chitra Sivaram was introduced to the art of quilling or paper filigree quite accidentally, while looking through a school supply catalog. Intrigued, she brought some supplies and has been quilling with passion for the last few years. In this art form, strips of paper are rolled, shaped and glued together to create decorative designs.
