Science Takes Center Stage at Saratoga Library in October

Saratoga Library's Community Librarian, Gayathri Kanth, believes strongly in the importance of the library's role in supporting lifelong learning in many different subjects. "Libraries have been contributing more than reading enrichment activities. We have also emerged as places where people can come together and expand their knowledge and awareness of the world," says Kanth. "We have programs that provide hands on experiences for the kids (and parents)."

On Saturday, October 6th, Mr. Science will be providing two hands on programs on electricty and magnetism. Children in 4th - 8th grades are invited to sign up in advance to take advantage of this electrifying program.
