Update: Library Measure A Ballot Measure A, the all-mail ballot recently sent to residents in the Santa Clara County Library District (SCCLD) service area, has passed by 81%. Measure A accounts for 18 percent of SCCLD revenue and is needed to maintain library hours and services.
