Join us at the library on Saturday, April 20th, at 2:00 p.m when we will host writer, food mood expert, and nutritionist, Trudy Scott, author of The Anti-Anxiety Food Solution. Trudy will explain how and why to eat whole real foods, find natural solutions for anxiety and other mood problems, finally banish sugar cravings and find answers to common health issues.
