Play and Learn Island

Thanks to a small grant, young Gilroy Library users and their families will be able to enjoy a Play and Learn Island developed by the Rancho Cucamonga Library. The library developed this learning tool to promote reading readiness and exploration. The Play and Learn Island contains a special sandbox, plastic shapes and alphabet letters. As you know, play during a child’s early years prepares him or her for reading and later development. Join us in the Children’s area, today!
