Mathematics of Prediction At Cupertino Library

Do you know how easily we are deceived by things we do not know? Mr. Farhad Mosh, a mathematics professor at De Anza College, will explain how some of these deceptions are predetermined.

On Saturday, December 1, 2012  at 3 p.m., Professor Mosh will give a talk and illustrate his points with mathematical card games at the Cupertino Community Hall.

Professor  Mosh asks participants to please bring a calculator to help you follow his reasons and calculations.
