Tablet Tales Debut
Last Tuesday was the first time we incorporated digital versions and devices into a family story time here at Campbell Library. Now, what's that all about you wonder? It is taking the best of both...combining wonderful children's books and fun music in different versions. For instance, the classic children's book Caps for sale comes in an ebook version, so that was played on a screen.
Following that experience, the children listened to my reading of Mem Fox's The magic Hat in traditonal paper format.
Throw in a few apps, some grooving to the Wiggles and super rhymes and you have it!
The next Family Storytime featuring Tablet Tales takes plave Tuesday, October 16th at 7:15pm at Campbell Library. Come on in for the fun.
