Want to get your kids to eat healthy? Try adding dinosaurs!
How many parents have tried every trick in the book to get their kids to eat healthy? How much harder does it get to find kid-approved meals when a child has special dietary needs or restrictions? Chapter two in this colorful book is a story for kids called “Eat Like a Dinosaur.” Written and illustrated like a picture book, this short little tale explains to kids what to expect when the eat like a dinosaur, and how it can benefit their health. After this are over 100 kid-tested and approved recipes completely free of grains, dairy and legumes.
It’s always good to check with your child’s pediatrician before beginning a restrictive diet, but for those who want to give this one a try, there are a lot of delicious looking recipes to choose from.
