Woodland Library has just formed a new Adult Book Club, with our first meeting taking place next Tuesday (December 11th) from 2-3pm... and there is still room for more adults who are interested! If you can't make it this month, we are planning to continue meeting on the second Tuesday of every month.
The book for this session is Tatiana de Rosnay's Sarah's Key, which is a mystery involving a family during the roundup of Jewish people in WWII France. Its narrative switches between the years 1942 and 2002, and the story was later made into a movie starring Kristen Scott Thomas. This book should make for an interesting discussion, and we'll even have some yummy treats to enjoy while we meet. To sign up and get a copy of the book, just visit the library during open hours and see the librarian at the Reference Desk.
Location: Woodland Branch Library, 1975 Grant Road, Los Altos
