It's August and the weather is fine in the South Bay. It's exactly the right temperature to encourage me to drag out my Weber Kettle and try my hand at some backyard BBQ. That's Barbecue - low and slow.
It's a long (yet delicious) path to the the perfect ribs. I like to experiment with applewood and hickory, different bastes, sauces and brines. Experimentation is great, but sometimes a little help from the experts does not go astray.
