New ESL Resources Appearing on Library Shelves

Posted on Thursday, September 5, 2013 by Reading_Program

In the past few weeks, I have been spotting lots of new ESL materials, books as well as media, on the shelves in the libraries. These materials can be found in the English as a Second Language section or in the English Language Learning section. If you are not sure where to find these collections in your library, be sure to ask a librarian.

This week, I selected two books to help building speaking and listening skills. This is a common request from ESL students, and students learn best by role playing real-life situations.
