Happy Holidays from Milpitas Library

'Tis the season to be jolly and use ye old National Geographics to make a Bookmas Tree!

First, get a cart and load it up with a lot of (dusty, old) green National Geographics.
Then, carefully stacking them on the Children's Help Desk. Build it nice and high,
just like a real tree.

Dig in the storage closet and have your garlands and box of decorations ready.

Wrap the garlands, just right....

 Climb up on the Children's Help Desk and position the star. Make sure you have someone to guide you and get the star just right. 

 Add a few more sparkly ornaments up on top...and...

Wahh Laaa! 
You have a beautiful Bookmas Tree for a Happy Holiday Reading Season. 

Oh! - and don't forget to stop by and say "Hi" to Santa.
