E-Readers Petting Zoo

Los Altos Library Presents: E-Readers Petting Zoo.
Do you want an E-Reader device but are not sure which one to choose? Just in time for the Holidays you can see different E-Readers at the E-Readers Petting Zoo at the Los Altos Library. You can look, play, and learn about E-Readers and how you can use them with free e-books from your library. You will be able to play with and see demonstrations using the: Sony Reader, Amazon Kindle, Barnes and Noble Nook, Apple iPad, iPod Touch, and the Google Nexus Tablet.
We'll also be showing you how to access and use the library's free e-book databases Overdrive and Axis360.
The E-Book Petting Zoo will be held on November 9th, 2012 at the
Los Altos Library Program Room from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
