National Dance Day!

Did you know that last Saturday was officially National Dance Day? It's too late to participate now, but you can dance your way to fun & fitness ANY day of the year! It doesn't matter if you're young or old, in good shape or not... all you have to worry about is having fun, and finding a type of dance you really enjoy. Try dancing along with some of the videos below, or then again, you can always just "prancercise" your way around town.
