Good Health Habits Now Can Help You Later

A recent study, reported in the Canadian Medical Journal, shows that healthy lifestyle habits in midlife improve chances that you'll remain healthy as you get older.  The most effective habits include exercising, not smoking, moderate drinking, and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables.  Individually, the healthy behaviors are moderately helpful, but in combination, their effect is significantly higher.
