Countdown to the 2012 Hugos: The Nominated Short Films and TV episodes

Since 2003 the Hugo Awards have separated short form dramatic presentations (such as television episodes and short films) from long form dramatic presentations (movies and entire series runs).  The short form results have been one of the more creative categories where anything from Gollum's MTV Acceptance Speech to Dr. Horrible's Sing-along Blog Dr. Horrible's Sing-along Blog to five episodes from five seasons of the rebooted Doctor Who has been recognized.

This year's eclectic nominees include 3 nominations for the latest Doctor Who season, a nomination for the comedy Community and, in the most surprising entry, a speech from last year's Hugos.
