Cupertino Library and the Cupertino Library Foundation are proud to welcome artists of Opera San José to Cupertino Community Hall on Wednesday, December 4th at 7 pm. We’d also like to congratulate Opera San José on their thirtieth anniversary season in 2013-2014.

Back for a third year, the singers will perform some of the arias and ensembles from their current season’s repertoire. The works  include Verdi’s Falstaff; Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel;   Puccini’s Madame Butterfly; and Mozart’s Don Giovanni. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis and admission is free. It will be a perfect occasion for opera lovers and people who want to learn more about the art.

This year the Firebird Youth Chinese Orchestra has the honor of concluding the Fall Performing Arts and Cultural Series. Save the date for their concert on Saturday, December 14th at 2 pm. in the Cupertino Community Hall.
