With his relaxed on-camera personality and his humor, Master Chef Martin Yan has dedicated a large part of his career to demystifying Chinese cooking for American cooks. Best known as the host of PBS’ long running television series Yan Can Cook, Chef Yan convinced his audience they could cook, also. But his achievements as a culinary ambassador extend well beyond his TV show. He is a prolific cookbook author, the recipient of many international awards, and is widely recognized as a master chef by his colleagues.
Cupertino Library is proud to welcome Chef Martin Yan to Cupertino Community Hall on Wednesday, April 3rd at 7 pm. You won’t want to miss this fun and informative evening with our distinguished guest. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. Seating will be available on a first come, first served basis.
