If you love to travel, but have a tight budget, you can still come see an exotic part of the world on Monday, February 4th . Writer and photographer David Couzens will give a slide show with a musical sound track containing images from his latest book, Images of the Caucasus at Cupertino Community Hall at 7:00 pm. The Caucasus Mountains run 1,000 miles between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea and separate Europe from Asia. Even so the culutres of both continents meet there and influence one another. Come take a look at the peaceful lakes, isolated monasteries and majestic mosques of Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.
This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Cupertino Library. Admission is free and everyone is welcome to attend.
