What have you always wanted to make but couldn’t because you didn’t have the space or the equipment, and nobody ever taught you how?

If you have a great idea, but no place to work on it, you need to know about TechShop San Jose. They have everything you wish you could fit into a home workshop. If you’re not sure you have a great idea, but love to experiment with machines, carpentry, textiles, or computers, you need to find out about what TechShop San Jose has to offer. They have classes in everything from bookbinding to welding. Anybody can take a class, even if you’re not a member. If your work week is all about documents and computers and sitting still, but you really love to make things with your hands, TechShop San Jose might be the best resource you’ve never heard of  before.

If any of this intrigues you, come find out more about TechShop San Jose when we welcome some of their staff members to Cupertino Community Hall on April 25th, at 7:00 pm.  Then go home and dust off the sewing machine or the band saw, and let your creative side get to work.
