Become a Savvy Stock Investor at Cupertino Library

Posted on Saturday, September 22, 2012 by Cupertino_Library

Do you want to try your hand at investing, but feel too bewildered and intimidated to start? Or perhaps you're encouraged by early successes, and want to keep building your nest egg.  If you also wish you could learn more about it on your own without the expense of hiring professional help, the Cupertino Library and the Silicon Valley chapter of  BetterInvesting can help you with all of these things.

Come to our program, Become a Savvy Stock Investor  on Saturday, September 29th at 2:00 p.m. to learn how to use the library’s online financial databases.

We will show you how to find stock/ industry reports and key information using Standard & Poor's NetAdvantage, Morningstar and Valueline. All of these resources are available online through the library.

Cupertino Library cannot and does not promise to take the risk out of personal investing.

This program will be held at the Cupertino Community Hall, next door to Cupertino Library.

Would like to receive email about library events.

This sounds like a wonderful program but unfortunately I saw the announcement after the program occurred.

Is there a way to request to be emailed about all the programs at the library, or maybe more specifically, adult programs?

Is this program going to be offered at other libraries?

I am so pleased to see the libraries offering wonderful programs for the public.
