“Lord what fool
s these mortals be!” Puck famously observes in Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Before the course of true love can run smooth between the pairs of mortal lovers and also between King Oberon and Queen Titania, there is plenty of immortal foolishness to go around late at night in a Mediterranean forest.
The Cupertino Library and the Cupertino Library Foundation are proud to welcome the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival to Cupertino Community Hall for a special, abridged performance of one of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies.
