In an interview with the Huffington Post  in December, Grotto shared his top picks for what should be in everyone's cupboards in 2013. Things like beans, chicken, kefir, coffee, and concord grapes all made the cut for their antioxidant content and ability to help the body fight infection and lower cholesterol.
