Healthy eating with a baby bump!

How many of us have heard the phrase "eating for two" to describe nutrition during pregnancy? Does that mean that once a woman finds out she's expecting it's time to wolf down everything in sight? Not quite! Eating well during pregnancy is very important for both the health of the mother and the baby.
