Teens grades 6 through 12 were invited to participate in the Santa Clara County Library District’s digital photography contest, “Democracy Is,” in support of California Reads: Searching for Democracy. Four digital photographs were selected as winning entries according to a public vote in the Library’s “Democracy Is” contest for teens in grades 6 through 12.
